1973, James Carter opened up a hamburger restaurant that would make his mother proud. James' mother was an incredible cook and he knew if he duplicated the taste of his mother's hamburgers in his restaurant, then he would be successful. He was right indeed! Since 1973, TX Burger has expanded throughout East Texas.
