7 PM Annual Awards and Memorial Service Ceremony at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church.
9 PM Food and refreshments at O.J. Thomas cafeteria
Saturday Aug 12th
9 AM Parade Lineup at 12th Street Park; All clubs, and organizations; cars floats, horses and motorcycles are welcome. Parade ends at O.J. Thomas.
10 AM Parade Starts
11:30 AM Registration and Bulldog Luncheon (Raffles prizes and more)
3 PM State Meeting: Meeting at Campus Band Hall
8 PM Community Dance/DJ
