On September 5th & 6th there will be a Minority Landowner Workshop held in Waco, TX!

Registration is from 8-9am both days. Attendees must be registered by August 24th. It is free admission, and lunch will be provided!

The workshop wil include representatives and partners from the U.S. Department of Agriculture sharing information to improve your farm, whether large or small! Experts will be available for cost share and financial assistance programs, conservation programs and easements, farm loan programs, organic farming and pollinators, soil health, agricultural marketing, vegetable and truck crop production, pest management, cattle and hay operations, high tunnels (hoop houses), erosion control, irrigation systems, rotational grazing, fencing, and more.
On Thursday Sept. 6th, attendees can participate in the construction of a high tunnel built from the ground up!
