Friends Supporting Sam Berry!
Working for Cameron is proudly hosting a night on the town benefiting Sam!
There will be hamburgers and sausage wraps, condiment bar, chips and drinks available for purchase. There will be a Silent Auction 5PM til 9PM, and a Live Action at 6PM. Live music with South 77 kicks off at 8PM.
Kids activities will also be available, so bring the entire family out to enjoy the Spring evening.
Sam Berry is a devoted father to his four children, an avid Cameron Yoeman and local business owner. He has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, which is an aggressive form of bone cancer. He has undergone a proximal tibial reconstruction limb salvage surgery and is currently dealing with an infection. This has resulted in numerous surgeries since the replacement surgery. He will undergo chemotherapy for an undetermined amount of time.
Sam is known for his kind and generous nature. He is extremely generous to everyone with his time and resources, and is generally the first person, without hesitation, to offer help.
Sam has been honored with the Booster of the Year award, from the Cameron Booster Club, and was named Cameron Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, twice. He is the founder of the Cameron Buyer's Club, an organization designed to help the youth involved in the Rockdale Fair, and is very involved in Ag Booster Club.
Circle S BBQ has been and will continue to be a favored business in Cameron. Unfortunately, due to the nature of his illness and Sam's limited mobility, Circle S BBQ will not be the same for the immediate future.
