The Local Working Group in Bell, Milam & Williamson Counties presents a Conservation Planning Meeting at the Bell County Annex on Feb. 26th.

Your Input is needed! This meeting will help determine local natural resources priorities and criteria for USDA conservation activities and programs planning for the upcoming fiscal year.

The purpose of this annual meeting is to update attendees on recent conservation efforts and to collect public input to help guide future conservation activities. Through regular identification of conservation opportunities, effective Farm Bill investment can continue to benefit Bell, Milam and Williamson Counties. Farmers, ranchers, conservationists, and others interested in obtaining Federal technical and financial assistance to improve private land in Bell, Milam and Williamson Counties are invited to participate.
